What we make possible

Each app solves a concrete everyday task and has been proven in my own business. Together they create an office that works the same way on your computer and in your pocket.

Mail Manager

All your e-mail accounts in one program: Gmail, iCloud, your own domain and any other IMAP mailbox.

AI assistant: searches all mailboxes, including mails you have already read. It recognises appointments, adds them to your calendar and sends a summary every morning and evening. It only writes drafts – sending and deleting is up to you.

Interplay

Everything fits together

The apps are not isolated solutions. What happens in one app arrives exactly where you need it.

An appointment from the chat

A customer suggests an appointment via WhatsApp or e-mail. The assistant recognises it and enters it in the shared calendar, complete with a reminder.

Missed a call? No problem.

The phone assistant answers and notes down the request. The summary appears in the dashboard and as a notification on your phone.

From receipt to entry

Scan the receipt with your phone and file it in the File Hub, then record it in Bookkeeping – the document stays findable at any time.

Morning briefing

Mails, WhatsApp, appointments and deadlines are summarised by the assistant early in the morning – via push or Telegram.

Who is calling?

Unknown numbers are looked up in the phone directory, known ones show the name from your contacts.

Deadlines in view

Open invoices, receivables and subscriptions appear in the dashboard with their due dates, so no payment is forgotten.

The apps are built the same way. That is why they run reliably, and once you know one of them you quickly find your way around the others.

The same everywhere

In the browser on PC and Mac, as an app on Android – the Phone Hub on the iPhone too. No installation and no manual updates.

Protected

Login with e-mail and password, access only for approved accounts and access rules directly in the database.

AI that asks

The assistant takes work off your hands but does not decide for you. It writes drafts – sending, deleting and paying is up to you.

Gets in touch by itself

Push notifications to your phone, via Telegram if you prefer. You don't have to keep checking.

Grows with you

New features are added continuously, usually without installing a new app. Your wishes flow straight into the development.

Your data stays yours

Operated in the cloud or on your own server. Export is possible at any time, with no lock-in to me.

I set the apps up for your business: with your accounts, your logo and your workflows. Because the foundation already exists, this costs only a fraction of a new development. Billing is based on time spent at CHF 90.– per hour.
